Co-Founder, CLO, and Managing Member — ACCEW Group

John Ellsworth co-founded the ACCEW Group LLC in March 2020. At this multinational private equity and Fintech firm, John balances a capital funding search with efforts to create an Accredited Tax Advantaged Opportunity Zone Fund.

John Ellsworth served this global technology solutions provider, entering the company during a period of high growth. Over the course of his tenure, John wore many hats—Corporate Secretary in 2006, Vice President in 2008, and Executive Vice President in 2012. His greatest achievements include closing 15 domestic and foreign M&A transactions, establishing an integrated global legal team, and restructuring corporate governance for 30+ international subsidiaries.
